Our Cancellation and Payment Policy
Payment and Cancellation Made Easy
Reservation Payment: Payment for accommodation booked will be processed 24hrs before arrival and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card.
If payment fails, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The amount debited will (subject to the following) be the amount shown on our confirmation.
Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card will be charged is AUD, your payment will be subject to any foreign exchange rates at time of booking as per your credit card providers terms.
Payments Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.
AMEX attracts a 3% surcharge. We no longer accept cash.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made 2 days (48 hours) prior to your booking will be cancelled free of charge. If you have booked direct with the property and cancel your booking within 1 day (24 hours) of your reservation you will incur a penalty equal to the rate of the first night’s stay. If you have booked through booking.com, Expedia or any other online booking site (except for our own website), the cancellation policy is full stay which will be charged if cancelled within 2 full days(48 hours) prior to arrival.
